The Site:
Mikes Apartment is all about well, Mike and his apartment, by which he lures young women as potential tenants and drives a hard bargain by all means necessary to get what he wants in the end, and that is hot pussy action.

The Content:
From the tour of Mike's Apartment, this much can already be gleaned. You also see there that not all of the stuff is hardcore out and out; some rent the apartment for only a fortnight or so, and thus the rent is considerably smaller. This means that the action is either limited to softcore posing and nudity, to some toys action.
Of course, going into the Members Area, you'd love to see more. However, it is hard to distinguish which are the hardcore ones and softcore others right away because the updates do not have the descriptions like they did in the site tour, which I admit for me is a bummer. Eventually, I got into the good stuff.
With 197 episodes you will find all sorts of girls; even though the preview picture is small, it is adequate to view if she interests you or not. As for me, I checked out some and was rewarded with a fairly good turnout; my favorites were Amie, a Hungarian who looks very English to me, Cathy a nerdy cutie, Ginger with an Oriental air about her, and Britney, a real girly cutie. All of them have hardcore videos except for Britney.
The action at Mikes Apartment starts of course with the perfunctory knock on the door, quickly followed by a tour of the house or apartment. Then, the negotiations occur, the price is quoted and the bargaining ensues. The owners drive their point home, quoting exorbitant prices at hotels, and the unsafe environment in hostels; anything really to sell the apartment. Of course, the price is still too high for the capacity of the girl, and the owner relents for a special discount, stressing that the discount is solely for her; you know the drill, flattery, etc. After which, the action begins!
Updates are done weekly, and so you can expect a new girl to drop in on the apartment every week.

The Criticism:
I really think that the write-ups should be employed into this site, very much so because of its nature of being a reality site and most people would like to know what will be going on, or what is going on, in the episode. As a lot of these girls do not speak English very well, it is really a great help. Good thing though, that they kept up the catchy phrases; at least that helped a bit.

The Conclusion:
Mike's Apartment is yours monthly for $24.95, and unlike in the real apartment this is not really a bargain but still a very good deal.
