Pros
- Nice medical niche site - all exclusive. All the medical niche content here is exclusive for this site only, though some of it ends up as a bonus on some of its sister sites. Nothing wrong with that, it's the same company anyways.
- Very good number of photo and video sets already online. Doctor Tushy has been online since 2003 so you can expect a good amount of content in its library. It has 288 photosets with each set numbering 120 images, available for download and 280+ videos you can download or stream.
- Site has a collection of good videos featuring really cute girls (very entertaining). The videos are really fun to watch. The set up is usually a clinic and a doctor or nurse attends to the patients. It's either the patients or the doctors who seduces which always leads to a lot of foreplay and hardcore fucking. Site features either girl on girl or boy on girl sex action. Actors also use a lot of medical instruments in their sex play.

Cons
- Not all the videos have two formats. Some videos have no MPEG video format and no full scenes whatsoever, only movies divided into 4 parts.
- It would be nice to have .zip files for the picture sets. As I have mentioned, Doctor Tushy has a lot of images inside. Having no .zip file format is going to be a burden for the members who love downloading tons of pictures.
- Photo quality could be higher. A 700x460 (Standard) quality is just ok. It would be great if they add High-Res pictures. Some members like to collect photos and it would be a shame if the quality of their collection is just average.
- Most of the doctors are female. Doctor Tushy has more female doctors than male. This could be a downer for those looking for mainly male doctors, but a plus for fans of lesbo sex acts. However, most of the lady doctors don't really do sexual acts, so it's still a downer for some.
- Few hardcore content. There are only a couple of hardcore content, mainly if the doctor is male. Some scenes have no hardcore content, just a no-nonsense medical examination of a totally naked slut.
- Other Video Formats Could Be Useful. Doctor Tushy has nice contents and episodes run at an average of 10 minutes. These kinds of videos are nice to store in mobile players such as iPods, iPhones, PSP, or Zune. Hopefully, DoctorTushy will add videos for the mentioned mobile players.
