A lot of upsells were present in every page so that became irritating really quick. Members shouldn't have to endure those kinds of things. And a model's index would be nice to see since browsing through all the pages to find a specific girl can be a real bother.
One-file full video downloads would be a great option on top of the split video clips for those who like to watch the action uninterrupted. The videos could also be increased in size as well as resolution. Since HD's becoming the big thing in videos nowadays, that would be the next logical step for a site that's as entertaining as 18YearsOld.
The photos could also be improved in a lot of ways. The size resolution could be jacked up for one since 900x600 just doesn't cut it anymore. The quality of the shoots also needs some improvement because I saw some photos that were just too dark.
And having the cameraman yapping away in his nasal voice can become really irritating as well.
